The staff were incredibly helpful, arranging tours and providing free transport. the bungalows were comfortable with lovely garden views. Good WiFi and quick, clean laundry. the location was convenient, within walking distance to everything. the guides for the National Park tour were knowledgeable and spoke great English. the food during the hike was fantastic. a wonderful experience.

Overall great experience! The garden at the lodge was like a hidden oasis, where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Bukit Lawang. The lush greenery and beautiful flowers transported me to a tropical paradise.

As a senior woman, I was delighted with the charming decoration of Green Travelodge Bukit Lawang. The general areas were beautifully designed, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with comfortable seating areas scattered throughout the hotel and conveniently placed handrails in the hallways. I felt safe and supported during my stay, making it a perfect choice for elderly travelers like myself.

It would have been even better if there were more assistance available for senior people. Although the staff at Green Travelodge Bukit Lawang were friendly, I would have appreciated extra help in navigating the hotel and its surroundings.

We had a fantastic stay at the Green Travelodge in Bukit Lawang. Everything was well-organized and executed flawlessly, from the pickup in Medan to our jungle tour with Salmat and Jona. The hosts made us feel at home and the guesthouse's central location allowed us to easily explore the village. The rooms were basic but comfortable, made of solid wood. Our jungle trekking experience with Felix, chef Andre, and assistant Rizky was amazing. They were knowledgeable, respectful of the animals and environment, and provided us with unforgettable sightings of orangutans and beautiful waterfalls deep in the jungle.
